Do you combine shipping?
Some items are small enough AND shipped from the same location so that we can offer combined shipping. However, most of our products are shipped from different locations throughout the U.S., and many are also too large to safely or economically pack together with another item. Therefore, we offer a discount for purchasing multiple items.
When are orders shipped out?
Unless stated otherwise, most orders are processed and given to FedEx (or other shipper) within 1-5 business days. Once an order has shipped, it will take FedEx approximately 1-5 business days to deliver your order, depending on your zip code.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we usually ship via FedEx or UPS Ground, and they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please provide a work address / street address instead.
